My yearly ‘Tax Return Rant’, Living with Toothache, Online Privacy and other recent rants and lyrics!

Tax return. I just did it.

Yeah, it was as accurate as I could make it, but there were estimations. Why? Cos I’m a poet, not an accountant, I hate paperwork and I hate maths so being forced to do both let alone either by a government that spends my taxes on illegal wars upsets me.

Almost tempted to turn down paying gigs from now on so I never have to do another tax return ever. I hate having to estimate how much money I lost trying to change the world in an effort to tell the people I never gave any authority to how much of my money they can spend on schools (yes), hospitals (yes), roads (yes), and bombing brown people for oil.

Still, if I stop performing for money and only earn from the Steiner school I’ll still be getting taxed by the same system. So I’ll still accept paying gigs and I’ll still do tax returns, this is the (fucked up) system I am in. I had a chance to completely escape before but I ironically didn’t have the finances to do it safely and comfortably. One day I will live self sufficient and rely on the pedos in parliament for nothing.

I nearly became a politician last year. Nearly. Still thinking about starting a religion though…

think there’s already a love party in London. I would start a religion and start a political party based on love, community and altruism / benefit for all. Rather than the current economic systems based on competition and ownership rather than sharing. Electoral reform is a must here though, for proportional representation. But all of it’s pointless until enough people are educated in the nature of politics to see why we should change and until enough people are educated in the hierarchical nature of both the culture around science and the culture around religion. Science as a method is fine, but plenty of people use the scientific method to disprove long-held theories and lose their respect, job or tenure because they’ve rattled the cage. Oh my God I could write about why I want to start a political party and why I want to start a religion all Sunday, but I won’t until I actually feel like doing either of those things, this stops now! lol

We weren’t harsh, we were gullible pawns of Rupert Murdochs media. The Sun said we can’t elect a man who can’t eat a bacon sandwich and the average person seems to do what The Sun says we should do. The tone of this post does not reflect my anger, frustration or sadness. Humans – do better.

Ps that was back when the choice was between Milliband and Cameron. So bedroom tax, the selling of the NHS and all sorts of fuckry might have been avoided if the Sun hadn’t put that embarrassing photo on the front page the day before the election. People are more easily manipulated than we want to admit, myself included.

Toothache – Loving Life (Despite Intense Physical Pain)

Seriously? Did I really need toothache, abscess and swollen face to show me how happy I was just before? Is that lesson? Don’t worry, I learned the other lesson – don’t eat Haribo (yeah, mother f- you said that in 2007, you an addict.) Gelatine. Sugar. It was never gonna have a happy ending.

Remember when penny sweets were actually sweets a penny each? I still associate that evil stuff with a happy childhood. Ramblings of a poet in self inflicted physical pain, don’t mind me.

Just watched comedian Tracy Morgan talk about his accident and how when you’re in crisis you see who will ride for you. My new friends are true friends, I picked well and the universe through me some good ones on a random too. I’m still grateful, and still happy.

But, before the swings n roundabouts, it’s worth mentioning that last weekend I was happy as I can remember for a very long time. Things have been going well, thankyou universe and thankyou Bristol.

New job, old city, new meditation sessions, poetry workshops, gigs at wholefood shops, positive vibes and cuddles aplenty. Toothache is just a minor chord in a major melody, and I’m writing the score.

More superfoods, more writing, more money, more good health, more self discipline, more loving xx

Young man – talk to older women if you want to learn
what to say to girls your age in your world

Wise women prefer good conversation,
(But probably won’t say no to diamonds or pearls.)

The Holy Grail to me was a job that doesn’t depress me.
Pays for the rent… but does’t over-stress me

or was it a Goddess as wise as she’s sexy
to love me, hug me and bless me, and vice versa, Thank you and Yes please!

The Holy Grail was to have both fun and prosperity
Some dreams come true, may I stay healthy n get more wealthy,

not to get on Instagram to take the arrogant selfies
but to help people like when I had nothing good people helped me.

Every little cell in my body is happy and well see
Each cell glowing with love, deep rooted like Elm trees,

Showered in love from the cosmos above us,
To shine light on road for man dem, gal dem, sisters and brothers.

(ps The Holy Grail is still the Moon Cup.)

Free-Man

So all that Free-Man stuff, Article 61 of the Magna Carta and the maritime law stuff… Is any of that affected by the fact that the Chilcott Enquiry came to the conclusion that our previous Prime Minister Tony Blair dragged us into a war under false pretenses? Can we conscientiously object to our taxes being spent on illegal wars and point to the Chilcott Enquiry as evidence that our politicians can’t be trusted? Just curious…

…that’s a big if though. But to be honest ‘they’ can usually intimidate me until I stop seeing ‘them’ as ‘they’…

…I was a conscientious objector to Western Imperialism but that didn’t stop the tanks from rolling…

“Everything is complete. There are no loose ends of excess or deficit. This completeness, this simple perfection, doesn’t mean that everything is all stitched up according to some master plan. {Though it might.} Rather, it is in the completeness of infinity, in which each moment is infinite. However things are, they will reveal their completion when we cease striving to create something, control something, become something, and simply allow the presence of ourselves within the becoming of the world. This is the essential view of dzogchen, a buddhist approach to spiritual practice and to daily life which is concerned with maintaining a sense of relaxed openness and happy attentive interest. ”

LOVE AND UNITY – Post Brexit backlash, safety in the #safetypin and thank Heavens above for #‎postreflove‬

The elite use the media to divide and conquer
Leaving us with solutions to ponder

Divide and conquer only works if we let it
The system is imperial even when it’s metric

One planet, one air we breathe no separation
Regardless of class and regardless of nation.

While immigrants get blamed for our financial situation
instead of blaming bankers and politicians they blame immigration.

And blame immigrants for terrorism instead of Tony Blair
– an illegal war killed thousands of women and children over there.

If we fight with each other we’re just fake victims of a fake system
manipulated in to fanning the flames of racism.

Paradox said “The puppet show is far from over”
I said sometimes catharsis comes when you’re far from sober.

I had my strings pulled til I was attacking every Brexit voter
When just the day before I said either way we’re ruled by a provoker.

But Paradox reminded me of The Manufacture of Consent by Noam Chomsky
The predicatable manipulation by the media, Emil Blonksy

Is less of an abomination, Archons ruling each nation
but we rule ourselves so rest, your thoughts and emotions change with patience

Paradox said “People have ALWAYS voted based on media propaganda,
self interest and fear.” Maybe every voter’s a gambler.

He added that our conditionings’s so all encompassing
it’s absurd
to be expecting progressing or justice from people voting while they’re stressing.

Not everyone who voted leave is led by racism…
And not every one who voted to stay isn’t…

One planet, one air we breathe no separation
Regardless of class and regardless of nation.

While immigrants get blamed for our financial situation
instead of blaming bankers and politicians they blame immigration.

I need to stop arguing the blame, find solutions with patience…
We need peace, love, unity and education.

This morning (28th June 2016) due to all the post-referendum racist attacks the hash tag ‪#‎postrefracism‬ was trending. But this afternoon in retaliation the hashtag ‪#‎postreflove‬ was trending sharing images and stories of multicultural tolerance and acts of kindness. SPREAD LOVE PEOPLE.

Beyond that – not everybody who voted out is a racist. Some of them were well informed activists who want to see power decentralised and I can see their point. But they’re point was hijacked by racists and ignorant people.

Anyway, so much more I could say, did say and deleted. Spread love people, divide and conquer only works if we let it.

One planet, one air we breathe, no separation.

Solution-based thinking. ‪#‎postreflove‬

So finding blame and finger pointing is a pretty pointless process, but you need to get to the roots of the problems to solve them. How can we communicate the truth of love and unity over the lies of fear, and divide and conquer. What am I on about?
Well mainly the fact that immigrants have been blamed for the country’s financial issues when politicians and banks have imposed austerity and the tax avoided by corporations could have paid for the NHS many times over.
So my question is how do we communicate this idea to the manipulated masses? How do we communicate the truth to more people than The Sun and The Mail can communicate propaganda? I’m serious, a ‘zine, a blog, a national newspaper? Short and simple memes? Can we get it down to a catchy couple of sentences and/or a simple image we can all share? Do we need a crowdfunder to pay for leaflets and/or billboards?
Democracy is great yeah, but if the population is misinformed, manipulated, and straight lied to how do they know what to vote for? Which begs a bigger question – is there a better political system or do we just have to accept that a significant portion of the population is racist. How far are we from the Nazis if we simply accept that?
Consciousness is evolving. I have to believe we can do better than racism, trusting politicians who have been proven to lie to us and trusting mainstream newspapers who have been proven to lie to us. Any ideas? Information is spreading faster than ever before. But those who seek to control have a headstart in spreading information. How do those who seek the benefit of all catch up? Any ideas?
Personally I write raps. I write poems. I write blogs. I write rants on facebook. I try to change the world one heart at a time. But things feel intense right now and right now that doesn’t feel like it does enough fast enough. Maybe that’s the limited perception of my ego, maybe I’m playing my role and this is the way things have always been and will always be. The rich get richer and use the media to divide and conquer. Maybe I’m arrogant to think I know better, maybe I’m deluded to think WE can do better. But I have to believe we can do better than racism, trusting politicians who have been proven to lie to us and trusting mainstream newspapers who have been proven to lie to us. I have to believe we can communicate facts that promote love over lies that promote fear.

The EU Referendum. I have just one question… #referendum #eu #eureferendum #politics #brexit

Is there an option on the referendum to abolish all government and borders and give the power to local democratically elected councils unless they agree to redirect all military forces from mass murder to secure or defend unnecessary non renewable resources to instead plant trees and build sustainable energy infrastructure, replace all nuclear with solar and hydro, force corporations to pay tax to pay for the NHS and raise NHS staff wages, give every citizen a basic income and the option of free therapy and/or medicine ceremonies which could easily be funded by slicing bankers bonuses in half, legalise and regulate everything so addicts see doctors not dealers (without heinous tax) and subsidise the arts? So the immense wealth which could save humanity from extinction and save the western world from debt induced depression and/or insanity could be redistributed in a sane and compassionate manner?
Or nah?

In other news I’m slightly undecided because I don’t know if I want to be led by the turd sandwich or the douchebag… I’m aware the EU is a step towards the New World Order but then again, so are the Tories…

Am I just ‘over’ politics? Kinda. For now (think of a catchier title later. Maybe.)

“write inebriated, edit sober” {paraphrasing?}

I’m not sure if I’m cynical about politics, or frustrated, or fed up, or if I’m just more at ease and therefore don’t feel like everybody’s got to agree with me anymore. Maybe a little bit of all of the above.
I was recently advised that cynicism can be a defence mechanism in which you deny your truth for a safer existence of low expectations. I don’t want to deny my truth.
I was also advised that not being inclined to engage in politics could be well deserved recovery time from over indulgence, like when your body gives you flu to force you to relax for a few days. I certainly had a time when over indulgence in conspiracy theory, and lest we forget well documented and admitted conspiracy facts, resulted in a period of abstinence from politics, mainstream media and/or conspiracy documentaries.

Perhaps it is what it is and that’s all it’s been and all it ever will be. Perhaps the people best suited to lead don’t want to lead, and the people who want power are exactly the people who wield power selfishly and rich have always helped the rich get richer and the poor have always changed culture from the bottom up and that’s the way it is and that’s the way it’s been and that’s the way it will be and that’s the way it’s meant to be. Perhaps. Perhaps things will change and humanity will evolve, everything’s always changing and everything is always evolving, but perhaps that change always maintains balance. “More things change the more they stay the same.”

It doesn’t matter if positive and negative will always be balanced, I play my role and it feels right to try to be part of a force for positive change. Even if positive and negative are merely points of view and I’m only trying to be positive from my limited perspective. Some say morality is based completely on culture and upbringing. Others say right and wrong are known inherently, that something deeper, perhaps our souls, knows what is right or wrong, what is moral.

I have stopped pretending to know the answer. I don’t want to deny my truth. I embrace my truth. I don’t know.

Do I Blame David Cameron?

Do I BLAME David Cameron? I see a system that raises man-children, that argue in the House of Commons in such an immature way that, honestly, no teacher would allow their students to behave. Shouting over each other, trading insults instead of policies. If you study politics you study the history of nations robbing each other and the ruling classes exploiting the poor. They probably think that’s ‘normal’, traditional even. Do I know what it’s like to be raised as part of the ruling class? Programmed since birth to believe you were born to rule? No, I don’t know what it’s like. But I’m human so I look for reasons and sometimes we look for blame, even though – who am I to lay blame?

Let me share something that may alter your perception.

My brother went to a public school (ironic that private schools are called public schools). I did not (he was clever and older so he got some kinda scholarship that I was probably not going to get and when asked I didn’t mind at all, I didn’t want to grow up with posh kids. They weren’t all posh and some of them are my friends now.)
Me and my school friends went to school with rucksacks. Cos they were practical bags. My brother and his school friends HAD to take briefcases to school in the sixth form. Because they were being groomed to take briefcases to work. Not rucksacks. Not tool-boxes (but plumbers earn bare cash these days.) Briefcases.

That’s just one level of programming, who knows what else happens in Bullingdon Boys clubs and maybe understanding and empathy will turn to full on sympathy if the reason Jimmy Saville was friends with all those Tories is because there is another level of abuse going on. Do I blame Cameron. Actually yes. But more fool me really, there’s probably nothing to blame but an insidious system of archonic control that is less powerful than any one of us and alot less powerful than all of us together. I know that I don’t know what experiences Cameron or his Tories have had that has taught them to live like this, I know from inquiry into the nature of my own mind that blame is a pointless endeavour compared to finding solutions. But I know that science says time is an illusion too yet I perceive time. Sometimes what I know and what I feel just don’t come together in a logical way.

Kicking David Cameron out won’t make much difference if he’s replaced by another Tory. Getting Corbyn in would make a huge difference but the difference would be bigger with proportional representation of the vote.

I like to visualise a world where Jeremy Corbyn and Bernie Sanders are the rulers of the (hahaha) Free World (and don’t get assassinated by the military industrial complex, world bank and/or fossil fuel interests).

So yeah, if I had a David Cameron pinata I might kick it’s inanimate papier mache head in. But what’s that got to do with the price of oil? Trick question.

I still see the issue is education. Educating people about politics so they can’t get tricked into voting for posh English Nazis again, but perhaps more importantly educating people in the nature of the mind / reality? So I do what I can, write songs, write facebook posts, write blogs. I still get angry that people have their heads in the sand. But the more you know the madder you get, ignorance is bliss – maybe I’m just jealous. Save the children.

So yeah, I kinda do blame David Cameron, his policies are based on a lie and so dangerously close to Nazi Germany it would make patriotic Englishmen shiver if they knew or understood (apart from the neo-Nazis). But it’s probably not his fault, and the blame comes from both the projection of a psychological need for a simple answer and the simple convention of having a figure head for a political party. But he’s just one head of the Hydra, that’s groomed, abused, then controlled by richer men who make money from war, banking, and oil. Is there a way to stop all that?

Stop fighting other countries for resources we don’t need? Seriously. Yeah, war makes money in and of itself, bullets cost money and we pay for them (enjoy your tax returns.) But wars for oil? While the sea levels are rising. It’s dumb. It’s so dumb. If I was an alien, I’d be like – “you guys are dumb.”

So Saint Nikolai Tesla (discovered wireless free electricity {documented fact but it was suppressed}), Saint Elon Musk (promoted electric cars and named the company Tesla after Nikolai) and Saint Paul Stamets, (the guy with the 6 ways Mushrooms Can Save The World Ted Talk here) can all get a round of applause for aiming for a better world and actually presenting solutions to the current problem of blowing each other up for things we don’t need. And I’ma throw myself in there too, I can get a round of applause for bigging them up, but I won’t call myself Saint cos I ain’t that arrogant.

So yeah, I kinda do blame David Cameron, but it’s probably not his fault. I’m gonna assume he was groomed and abused (no amount of vodka would make me screw a pig.) Let’s talk solutions. But if we’re not building guillotines can we at least kick him out?

https://kpkevthepoet.wordpress.com/2015/05/15/are-we-really-governed-by-self-serving-megalomaniacs-and-tyrants-or-is-that-a-paranoid-conspiracy-theory/

Are We Really Governed by Self-Serving Megalomaniacs and Tyrants? Or is that just a paranoid conspiracy theory?

My spiritual beliefs are each to their own, live and let live. However compassion cannot stay silent in the shadow of the tyranny of others. This is not a particularly anti-Tory article, I hope that I’m writing for the benefit of all. This is a study of the tyranny and megalomania exhibited by all parties that have been in government in recent years. I have felt inspired to point out clearly and concisely why I believe we are governed by thieves and liars with references in order to dispel the myth that anyone who opposes the government is a ‘paranoid conspiracy theorist’. I will not cite unverifiable theories I will only cite historical facts although as I am human I may deduce certain conclusions based on those facts.

Extremism on either side, left wing Labour or right wing Conservatives, is not beneficial to be honest because – A – it’s almost irelevant cos extreme left and extreme right end up looking exactly the same in effect, whether fascist or socialist you end up with a tyrannical government and – B – Labour has been more or less right-wing since the 90s. But extremes are generally not ideal (depending on time, place and circumstance.) Therefore it’s difficult to consider this a democracy when the only major party that wasn’t up for following Thatcherite ideals were the Greens which was considered by most a wasted vote and a protest vote by others. Are they self-serving? In short – the Conservatives are selling the NHS to their mates, I’m pretty sure it is for personal financial gain (more on that, with references later.) Just to balance things out a bit so this isn’t just Tory bashing – before Tony Blair took his ironic post as Middle East Peace Envoy his first job after being Prime Minister was as a consultant for the international bank JP Morgan. He was getting over a million a year. Is it just me or does it stink to high heaven that a head of state could get a job for an international bank after he gets out of power? You don’t think any of his decisions made in office could be influenced by the words “we’ll make you a millionaire next year?”

The whole left wing / right wing debate is misleading because the extremes on either side whether socialist or fascist are similar in effect – too much power in the hands of the few, regardless of what got you there. And human rights being taken away has the same results whether they’re taken away by the left or the right. And how centre or right or centre-right the Conservatives are we cannot tell until they start actually implementing laws. Case in point – Labour was traditionally left-wing socialist and in the 90s that’s what people voted for but Blair claimed to be centre-left and in actual fact his policies were more or less the same as Thatcher’s (as far as he could get away with) but that wasn’t apparent until he started implementing policies. But I concede, it is more theory than fact because the Conservatives haven’t had a chance to replace the Human Rights Act with with anything else yet. I just highly suspect it will be replaced with something that gives us alot less rights and them alot more power. I concede it’s a theory on account but it’s a strong theory based on the fact that so far the Tories have exhibited zero compassion, it’s not what they’re known for.

I may sound like a conspiracy theorist but these are facts – Dick Cheney had shares in Halliburton, the company tasked with rebuilding Iraq. Tony Blair got over a million a year from a central bank after he left office. The Tories are selling the NHS not just to their friends but companies they have shares in! (See articles below.) So yes, I believe we are governed by people who have financial gain as their main objective, not the benefit of all.

But are our politicians megalomaniacs? Hmmm… Before the war in Iraq “The British Stop the War Coalition (StWC) held a protest in London which it claimed was the largest political demonstration in the city’s history. Police estimated attendance as well in excess of 750,000 people and the BBC estimated that around a million attended. At the finish rally in Hyde Park, the organisers announced 3 million attended. It remains probably the largest protest march in UK history.” So between 750,000 and 3 million people attended to protest against the war in Iraq. Then they ignored us all and bombed the s*** out of it. “Iraq study estimates war-related deaths at 461,000… About half a million people died in Iraq as a result of war-related causes between the US-led invasion in 2003 and mid-2011, an academic study suggests.” In a so called democracy – ignoring the wishes of at least 750,000 of your electorate and then killing 461,000 people (based on most likely fabricated evidence of WMDs, which he never had cos that wasn’t on the list of things the US had sold him) is the act of a megalomaniac. Tony Blair was a megalomaniac, and yes, I suspect David Cameron is too. So yes, right wing extremism is as bad as left wing extremism, yes I think most politicians are motivated by money and yes I think we are and have been governed by megalomaniacs.

I don’t need conspiracy theories when the newspapers and history books are packed with conspiracy facts.

Do I have a solution? I think so – Be the power. A rap group called Public Enemy (my favourite as a kid in the 80s)  once said “Fight the Power”. Since then they have been inspired by a mutual inspiration, Candice O’Denver, to amend that to “Be the power”. (My political views are my own, and none of the above necessarily share my views). What do I mean by “Be the power”? What does it mean to you? Whether that’s write a Zine, write to your MP, organise meetings, organise meditation sessions, write a status, write a blog, share a status, share a blog, join the Green party, start your own party, inform other people as I have just tried to (particularly inform children who are yet to be brainwashed by mainstream media),  or relax and find inner peace. Relax? Find inner peace? Yes. Be the power, but try not to be a megalomaniac or a tyrant. How do you avoid being a megalomaniac or a tyrant? Find relax and find inner peace. Get educated in the nature of the mind. I’m still learning.

Epilogue:

Why did I feel the need to do this? The Conservative Party want to remove the Human Rights Act. They claim they will change it for something ‘better’. I doubt it. I expect they will give us less rights and themselves more power. THAT, is a conspiracy theory by definition cos it hasn’t happened yet therefore I can only theorise. At the risk of sounding arrogant I’m going to state a few facts. They said I was deluded when Tony Blair took over Labour and they beat the Tories and everyone was celebrating and I, only 16 years old, said “that man has an evil smile, I don’t trust him.” Since then Labour became right wing, he followed Thatchers policies and started an illegal war. They said I was deluded when Obama won and he promised Yes We Can and said he’d shut Guantanamo bay and black people were celebrating as if police brutality would end overnight and I said “just cos he’s black doesn’t mean he’s not a politician.” Since then he bombed thousands of innocent civilians, several unarmed black men have been killed by the police and Guantanamo bay is still open. At the risk of sounding arrogant I’m very rarely wrong about these things and history has shown us that the deluded one’s tend to be those that think that politicians are telling the truth when they’re campaigning for your vote. That no longer seems logical.

It’s not prophecy, it’s simple deduction. Once you escape the delusion that the government has your best interests at heart (a delusion I lost after they ignored the biggest protest ever and went to war with Iraq) you can reduce their motivation to money and power to whatever extreme they can get away with while still convincing enough trusting, naive and deluded people that they have their best interests at heart. Governments become reliably predictable after that to the unfortunate extent that I mistakenly believe it’s obvious to everyone. I guess it becomes easier to see when you stop reading papers and watching the news because they insult your intelligence. I literally forget that most people not only consume mainstream media but believe it. The world makes more sense when you stop.

I was rightly accused of propaganda earlier this week when I took it for granted that the Conservatives were planning to take away our Human Rights as I failed to mention that they were planning to replace it with a Bill of Rights (which doesn’t exist yet.) However I have taken it for granted that the Conservatives don’t give a damn about our human rights based on past and present data, such as Poll Tax, austerity measures, the recent appointment of an anti-gay politician to be minister for equality. I didn’t see it as necessary to write a disclaimer saying “the Conservatives promise that when they scrap the Human Rights Bill they’ll write a new one that will keep you safe from their plans, but I don’t believe it and no one in their right minds would” etc etc cos I didn’t think anyone was that dangerously gullible. But I forget, everyone thought Tony Blair was a lefty socialist once upon a time, everyone thought Obama was a pacifist who deserves a nobel peace prize once upon a time and for some reason if you wear a suit and say it on television people believe what you say. So for the sake of keeping it short and not stating what I thought was obvious I omitted some things but for the record here’s what I missed out – the Conservatives say “this is nothing to worry about, we’ll replace it with something better”. But they’re politicians in power – so that’s probably lies.
